Give your team and yourself Applause! As the Olympic anthem plays in the background, you can't help but feel the intensity of the moment. ou have trained all of your professional career to be here, you know that in order to successfully achieve your teams' goals and objectives you must dig deep into your gut and muster all of the energy that you can because this is your shot to "GO FOR THE GOLD!"
You know that the tream must integrate its problem solving skills, lateral thinking and sense of humor to successfully reach the teams' goals of winning the gold. Teams will engage in team challenges designed to stress the value of effective communication, leadership skills, quality and sharing a common vision. Competing against the other countries, teams will partake in an innovative team challenge involving a series of three-dimensional, life-size problems. The clock ticks away and the pressure mounts for onlhy two hours have been given to compete the games. Competing in events that range from silly Bronze exercises to the challengin Gold exercises, teams will have to create a plan and execute it to earn as many points as possible. Keep in mind however, that participating only in gold events does not necessarily insure a win!
The pomp and circumstance has peaked-It is time to begin. You must first elect a team leader to guide the successful implementation of the teams' strategy. Adorned with his or her laurel the team must now "GO FOR THE GOLD!"

- 16 teams with approximately 12 people per team
- 20 events-to include a sample of 7 GOLD Exercises, 7 SILVER Exercises, and 6 Bronze exercises.
